We ship worldwide. Every order is made just for you, so here is what to expect from checkout to your door.
Production time
All products are printed on demand. Production usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product and current demand. Production time is separate from delivery time.
Estimated delivery times
After production, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees:
- United States: about 3–8 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom and Europe: about 4–12 business days
- Australia, New Zealand and rest of world: about 7–20 business days
Delays can occur because of carrier issues, customs, weather, holidays or high-volume periods.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. Any shipping offers or free-shipping thresholds will be shown on the site and at checkout.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package. You can also use our Track Your Order page. Tracking can take a day or two to update after the label is created.
Multiple packages
Items in one order may be produced in different facilities and shipped separately. You will receive tracking details for each package.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not controlled by us.
Shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can only change an address before production starts, so contact us immediately at [email protected] if you spot a mistake. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require a new shipping payment to be sent again.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your package is lost, badly delayed or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will help resolve it. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
